April and John Spence welcome you to Sesser Animal Hospital, a full-service veterinary hospital dedicated to providing high quality, comprehensive medical and surgical care for the dogs, cats or companion animals throughout Southern Illinois. Located between St. Louis, MO and Louisville, KY, we have a staff of veterinarians, veterinary assistants, and support personnel that are available to handle emergency and routine cases. We provide veterinary care for dogs, cats, horses, dairy and beef cattle, pigs, goats, sheep and some exotic species.
